Aloha! Hilo Ocean Adventures is Hilo’s premier full-service dive center. Family-operated, PADI 5-Star, and dedicated to exceptional underwater experiences on the east side of Hawai‘i Island.

We offer PADI certifications at all levels, guided shore and boat dives, and introductory programs for new divers eager to explore Hilo’s unique underwater world. Join us for encounters with sea turtles, vibrant reef life, lava formations, and seasonal pelagic visitors.

Our adventure fleet also features whale-watching tours, coastal cruises, and legendary Hilo Bay excursions for guests who want to experience the ocean from above the surface.

Beyond diving, our facility is home to an accredited PADI Swim School, offering year-round pool and ocean lessons for all ages and abilities.
