PADI 5 星潜水中心Rainbow Divers 是越南历史最悠久的 PADI 潜水中心。其所有者兼创始人、PADI 课程总监 Jeremy Stein 于 1997 年在越南率先开设了 PADI 潜水中心。目前，他们拥有 5 个中心，以及唯一一家 PADI CDC + IDC 潜水中心。提供每日潜水船服务以及从潜水长（DSD）到潜水长+教练（Divemaster + Instructor）的所有 PADI 课程。此外，还提供 3-6 个月的 DM + IDC 实习机会。
